Summary: it was a great day no bedbugs. Spacious I would just say you would have to make sure to bring your own travel size clean and supplies.

Summary: Room is great as far as set up. We froze all night as the temps cannot be controlled in the rooms. Got up to take a morning shower and no hot water. I remembered we had issues with similar things years ago. I’m reminded why we no longer stay here. It’s unfortunate because the room is nice and we love the breakfast but will not be back.

Summary: I have noticed a steady decline in this location. We have stayed here every year for 8 years for a family reunion and loved it but have been disappointed the last few years. The staff is wonderful from the front desk, breakfast, housekeeping and catering. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. The decline is is the quality of the property itself. The elevator has not worked well for 3 years and were told that we are not able to go upstairs only downstairs. The only option to go to your room in the late evening is to go by elevator (because only a maintenance employee can unlock the door to go upstairs). This only bothers me because there was a point in time that about 50 -60 people were waiting on one slow elevator. Also the AC in my room was great but my brothers room was not working well, nor was the main lobby and breakfast area. It is my understanding that they are in a transitional period between Hilton/owner so I hope that once this is resolved the needed updates will take place. In summary, I got a good deal on a room and was happy with it for the price paid. However, when i first called Hilton to book I was told the total for one night standard room would be $267 and there is no chance I would stay in this hotel for that price.

Summary: The lobby and dinning area are nice and clean. However, the rooms absolutely are not and desperately need updating. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price and better options in direct area.

Summary: Check in was great. One elevator was out so it did slow things or make for a long walk around your floor if you took the other elevator. However that was not my biggest issue, The hot water took 15 mins to kick in the first day I checked in. The second day there was no hot water at all. I had to take 2 cold showers that day. Hot water was fine the morning I checked out lol smh. I am pretty sure there is water seeping in from the outisde windows as it pools on the balcony and the carpet by the window is molded. Terribly molded, not sure how housekeeping doesnt see it. Lastly, the lady who worked in the breakfast cooked-to-order egg bar is rude and needs to remember she is at work and we are the customers/client. Her sarcastic and seemingly judmental remarks are not welcoming and not something your paying customers should be subjected to, especially not first thing in the morning. She needs to do better.

Summary: Evening happy hour, complimentary snacks w/cocktails is nice touch. Hotel is need of renovations. Bathroom wallpaper peeling off wall, beds sag in the middle, hair dryer took 10 min to dry my "short" hair. No hot water for 10am shower.
